Flattening and Finishing

We offer large slab flattening, planing, and jointing services. Either dry your wood with us first, or bring in your own piece.

The Wood-Mizer CNC Slabmizer can handle pieces up to 6’ wide and 18’ long, with a 5” cutter head to flatten slabs efficiently with minimal thickness loss. The Grizzly Jointer and Planer can handle widths of up to 16” and 20” respectively, and our Wood-Mizer MP280 Planer/Moulder can finish all four sides of a plank at once. We now offer glue-up service, allowing us to create beautiful tabletops and countertops with multiple slabs!

After flattening, bring out the beauty even further by allowing us to sand and finish your piece. We offer a variety of finishes and coatings completed in house.

Adding to our capabilities is our CNC router table and laser engraving table. We are able to create and customize any unique project you have in mind!
